The fabulous Simmer & Spice is open and available for your event. Featuring delicious paninis and soups, you will find us at locations all over the Worcester County, MA area, including the Westborough, Marlborough and Hopkinton Farmers Markets.

You will find us at local breweries, farmers markets, festivals and special events.

Calendar of Events 

The truck features homemade soups from Eric's kitchen and creative mind coupled with hearty and yummy paninis. Love your bowl of soup? Take home from our frozen selection of soups.

Whether it be chicken noodle, tomato/tomato bisque, black bean, Italian wedding, butternut squash and apple, chili our rotating menu of hot (and cold) soups will hit the spot and bring comfort. Vegan options are always available.

And then there are the paninis. What goes better with hot soup than a grilled, 3-cheese sandwich, or a pulled-pork and cheddar panini. How about our signature not-your-average tuna melt? Or weekly specials that will please any palate.

Bringing healthy food to the community is a big part of our mission. Don't get us wrong, we have lots of meat-based paninis and soup, but vegan and vegetarian soups are a specialty. 

We use whole ingredients and always have vegan options. Some of our more popular vegan soups include black bean soup, butternut apple spice (made with coconut milk) and various summer gazpachos with ingredients from the farmers markets where we work!
