Founder Eric Woodman left his corporate marketing career to pursue his dream of cooking great food for his friends and beyond. As long as he can remember, Eric has found peace and inspirating in the kitchen and Simmer & Spice has allowed him to merge that love with a new career. With the support of his wife, Stacey, and son, Jacob, Eric is enjoying the challenge. Here's to new chapters!

We are dedicated to using local, whole ingredients whenever practical and possible. We are tapped into a network of more than 100 Worcester County (MA) farmers to source our fresh veggies, fruits and meats. We prepare our paninis, soups, sauces from scratch, just as Eric has always done it!
